House Rules

• Check in: 2pm-10pm

• Check out: 11am-12pm

• Management is not liable for loss of personal property; Guests are advised to secure their personal belongings and valuables.

• When leaving the room, do not leave valuables unattended. Please keep your valuables (cash, passport ,IDs, gadgets) secured inside your locked luggage.

• PLEASE! DON'T LEAVE YOUR VALUABLE BELONGINGS UNATTENDED.

• Check-out time is 11:00am; Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Late checkout or extension of stay is subject to room availability.

• Make-up time is from 8:00am – 5:00 pm only.

• Being an environmentally conscious hotel, change of bedding linens and bath towel is done on the third (3rd) day of stay. Extra pillow, towels, soap and shampoo will incur a corresponding charge. Room towels are not allowed to be taken out of the property.

• Bottled water is available for sale at the Bar Area. Service drinking water will be provided and delivered inside the room.

• Please turn over the key at Front Desk before departing the hotel. Lost keys will be charged at Php 1,000.00 per piece.

• Smoking inside a room is strictly prohibited. Php 5,000 fee will be charged for cleaning and sanitation.

• Please switch-off lights, ceiling fans, TV, air-con and other electrical appliances and please make sure all faucets / showers are properly turned-off when not in use.

• When unattended, please close room windows and keep doors locked.

• Before or at designated Check-out Time, please allow our Housekeeping Staff to check your room. Missing items from the room will be charged to the guest account. Please allow 20 minutes check out time to facilitate.

• Rooms left in an uninhabitable state for incoming guests – for example lingering smell from market purchases, excessive mess, acts of vandalism – will be charged at a full nights stay and/or reimbursement of loss/cost of replacement.

• Please be courteous to other guests by keeping noise to a minimum in public areas and refrain from loud music and noise after 10PM.

• Please inform the reception upon checking out and let our staff have a minute of room inspection and sign the check out form before you go.

• Do not leave children, under the age of 18 unattended. Management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or incidents resulting from the unsupervised presence of children under the age of 18 on hotel premises.
